In what currency are your products available and do you ship internationally?
At the moment all prices are in USD only.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
We are working hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We are as eager to enjoy your new products as you are to receive them! It may take 7-14 days for your order to ship. We aim to have your products with you within 3-5 business days, but production speeds and shipping times may vary. Tracking numbers are available 3-5 days after your order SHIPS. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at gizmomill@yahoo.co.uk so we can sort it out.

What is the policy if I am not satisfied with a product?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days after contacting us to return your item to us for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing a label to return the package to us. Once we receive your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on your returned package to ensure your refund is processed correctly and quickly.

Can i cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order for free as long as you do this before the item has been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, please refer to the steps above to receive a full refund. Help! I provided an incorrect address and the order has already been placed. No problem! If you have provided an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct postal address. Let us know at gizmomill@yahoo.co.uk. if the address originally entered is incorrect so that we can update it immediately without delaying the order. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of providing an incorrect address if we have not been notified.
